• Picture for the product you wish to return or exchange.  

Defective Items:

If you discover a defect in your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We recommend inspecting your items upon arrival to ensure they are in perfect condition. Defects reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Important Notes:

• All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you're looking to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

• Due to hygiene and safety policies, underwear and swimsuits are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

• Items must be returned in original condition with tags.

• If only one item is kept, the discount will be recalculated. Exchanges/refunds allowed within 14 days in original condition.

• Returning fewer than three items will result in the kept items being charged at full price.
• Exchanges/refunds are accepted within 14 days, and all items must be in original condition with tags.
